Inspired by the designs of Buckminster Fuller, this laser cut half dome uses modest materials to create a structure whose strength is greater that the sum of its struts and hubs. A mirrored half dome sits on the floor, providing a 360 degree reflection of the interior of the dome and the gallery visitors beyond. From the ceiling hangs an internet connected camera that streams the spherical view of the mirrored dome 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
